Join us for another exciting TCG Trade-N-Play event in Clearwater! This show continues to be one of our strongest single-day regional events, drawing collectors, players, families, and hobbyists from across the Tampa Bay area.
Our focus remains simple: strong attendance, organized events, and real selling opportunities for vendors.
This event will feature a large vendor hall, TCG Tournaments, active trading community, and targeted marketing to ensure a successful day for vendors.
Vendor Table Details
- Table Size: 6-foot tables
- Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Vendor Access: Must be ready by 9:30 AM
- Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Breakdown: No early breakdown permitted
- Parking: FREE on-site parking for all vendors and attendees
- Vendor Badges: Two badges per table
Table Pricing
Section A — $150 per table
Front section placement with highest visibility and traffic flow.
Section B — $125 per table
Standard placement with strong access to attendees and consistent traffic.
Section Selection
Vendors may select their section and table number from the dropdown menu before checkout.
Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Vendor Policies
