Reserve your vendor table for TCG Trade Day Wesley Chapel, presented by M&M Video Games. This event brings together collectors, players, and families from across Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area for a full day of buying, selling, and trading in a busy, community-driven environment.

Each vendor reservation includes a standard 6-foot table inside an indoor venue with free on-site parking for vendors and attendees.

  • Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Vendor Setup Begins: 8:30 AM

  • Doors Open to Public: 10:00 AM

🪑 Vendor Table Information

  • One 6-foot vendor table per reservation:
    Section A Tables: $150
    Section B Tables $125

  • Indoor, climate-controlled venue

  • Free parking available on site

⚠️ Vendor Rules, Refunds & Disclaimers

  • All vendor table purchases are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

  • In the event the show is canceled by the organizer, refunds or credits will be issued at the organizer’s discretion.

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax and for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.

  • Vendors must operate strictly within their assigned table space and may not obstruct aisles or neighboring vendors.

  • Cash transactions are permitted only between attendees and authorized vendors.

  • Trading between attendees is always permitted.

  • Private cash sales between attendees are not permitted inside the venue.

  • Event staff and venue management reserve the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with event or venue rules, without refund.

By purchasing a vendor table, you agree to abide by all event rules and any instructions provided by M&M Video Games staff or venue personnel.

  • Additional event details and setup reminders will be emailed prior to the event.
