Join us for a truly special event as TCG Takeover comes to Raymond James Stadium for one of the most unique and exciting trading card shows we have ever hosted.
This event will feature 150+ vendor tables across multiple levels of the stadium and is designed to be a true destination event for collectors, players, families, and hobbyists from across the Tampa Bay region and beyond.
With the energy of an iconic stadium venue, premium vendor amenities, and major regional marketing support, this is your chance to be part of a one-of-a-kind TCG experience in the heart of Tampa Bay.
Vendor Table Details
- Total Vendor Tables: 150+ tables
- Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Parking: FREE stadium parking in Lot 4 for all vendors and attendees
- Vendor Badges Included: 2 per table
- Meal Vouchers Included: 2 per table
- Event T-Shirt Included: 1 custom event t-shirt per table
Additional vendor badges, meal vouchers, and event t-shirts will be available for purchase.
Section Options
Lower Level
6-foot tables
Located on the lower level of the stadium.
Upper Level 1
8-foot tables
Located on the upper level of the stadium.
Upper Level 2
8-foot tables
Located on the upper level of the stadium.
All vendor tables are $250 each.
Table Selection
Vendors may select their section and table number from the dropdown menu before checkout.
Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
Vendor Table Limit
To ensure that as many members of our vendor community as possible have the opportunity to participate in this special event, vendor tables for the Raymond James Stadium show are limited to two (2) tables per vendor.
This policy allows us to maintain a diverse vendor mix and provide fair access to this unique venue experience.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to create a successful event for everyone.
Important Vendor Policies
- Tables are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Vendors must check in with a valid ID to claim their table.
- Vendors must be fully set up before event opening.
- No early breakdown is permitted unless approved by event staff.
- Late arrivals may be relocated at event staff discretion.
