Join us for an exciting two-day TCG Trade-N-Play event in Lakeland at the RP Funding Center, one of Central Florida’s premier event venues.
This event is an expanded two-day version of our historically strong Lakeland show, which has consistently sold out quickly and delivered strong vendor performance. With a larger venue, full weekend format, free parking for all vendors and attendees, and a major regional marketing push, this event is designed to be one of our strongest destination-style events of the summer.
Collectors, players, families, and hobbyists from across Central Florida will be invited to join us for a full weekend of buying, selling, trading, and community fun.
Vendor Table Details
- Total Vendor Tables: 145
- Table Size: 8-foot tables
- Event Dates: Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15
- Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM each day
- VIP Early Access: 9:00 AM each day
- Parking: FREE parking for all vendors and attendees
- Vendor Badges: Two badges per table
Table Pricing
Section A — $250 per table
Premium front section placement with strong visibility and traffic.
Section B — $200 per table
Standard section placement with strong access to attendees throughout the weekend.
All pricing is for the full two-day weekend.
Table Selection
Vendors may select their section and table number from the dropdown menu before checkout.
Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

Important Vendor Policies
- Tables are non-transferable.
- Vendors must check in with a valid ID to claim their table.
- Vendors must be fully set up before event opening each day.
- No early breakdown is permitted unless approved by event staff.
- Late arrivals may be relocated at event staff discretion.
